SETU Nepal adheres to some values of its own which are non-negotiable. They are:

• SETU Nepal sees all women and children equal regardless of their caste, creed, religion, culture and faith.
  
• SETU Nepal has empathy with all women and children regardless of their social, cultural and economic status and respects their views, ideas and aspirations.
• SETU Nepal under no circumstances will be a part or party of any political movement or campaign. However, SETU Nepal will support any such political activity or decisions taken in favor of prison-released women and children which directly benefit them.
• SETU Nepal believes in innate and infinite potential of all humans. It works to create an enabling environment conducive to the growth and development of such potentials.
• SETU Nepal will accept no such fund, donations that is aimed to explicitly or implicitly promote any religion, faith and political ideologies.
• SETU Nepal will not exhibit or condone any such behavior/attitude that hurts the pride and dignity of any women and children.
