After a baseline survey of 15 different schools in Gothikhel, Manikhel and Bukhel V.D.Cs of Southern part of Lalitpur district and deep discussion with teachers of the school it was realized the need of internal inspiration among the School Management Team for the betterment of school quality management. For this purpose, SETU Nepal organized a joint program with District Education Office and conducted a training program for the principals and teachers including the School Management Committee members with the special facilitation of honorable facilitator Mr. Sahadev Mahat the Executive Director of Pragya Management Group Pvt. Ltd. SETU is glad to announce the Successful completion of the workshop on Transformational Teaching and School Management Traning Program at Gotikhel Resource Centre, Gotikhel Lalitpur. All together there were 40 participants participated in the program. It was requested to the schools for making gender balance in terms of male and female representative from each school. In spite of that the percentage of female participation was only 17.5. it shows the area of further study for women involvement in such workshop/program and their involvement in academic institute as well.
